This is my friend Chelsi. She’s one of the sweetest girls you’ll ever meet, and she’s got family, loads of friends, and a boyfriend who are all worried for her. She went missing yesterday, and she’s now classified as a runaway.. Which is insane because she’s definitely not that type of person..
I’m not going to guilt you into reblogging this. I’m going to ask. If you could take 4 seconds and hit reblog, it could cause the right person to see this and bring her home. You’d want this to spread too, if this was your friend, or your sister, or your daughter.
Please just reblog this. I promise it won’t hurt your blog’s reputation. We just want her home. Thank you.

Barrowman, everyone.

He’s right of course. Humans are very weird. It’s sad sometimes human weirdness isn’t even the good and awesome kind.

I LOVE this. I want to do this. Very very much. *plots*
The Sky Scarf: one row a day for a year, matched to the colour of the sky that day.
wow with my excessively slow knitting skills i could really do this. what about when the sky is red though, or pink or yellow or brown or light pollution orange.. how many balls of wool i’ll need!
I have a question for all you lovely spinning people:
I am desperate to learn how to spin, have been since before I could knit actually, but I’m not good with any kind of animal hair. (Including merino. For some reason merino appears to be regarded as practically not wool.) (I know this cos every time I have a question like this at least five people ask me if I’ve tried merino. They say it’s impossible to itch from merino. Unfortunately it apparently is, and I do. Very much. And then I have to explain the itching and the sneezing and trying to remove my own skin.) As in, if I want to be able to actually spin instead of scratching incessantly I’m going to need something else. I read that cotton is really hard to spin with though and I’m thinking… maybe start with something easier?
So my question is: Is there anything that’s ok for a beginner to try and spin… that has never met an animal? And (Ok, this one is a long shot) might not cost slightly more than I’d get if I sold one of my kidneys on ebay?
I think they were banned because they were too awesome for some people to handle. There is a lot of awesome.

Read a banned book! It’s deliciously bad ;)

This is officially the best advert since those people made that car out of cake. And the singing train guy and the bouncy balls on the hill and the absolut advert with the people and hugging and — I like WAY too many adverts…
Winter’s coming..
The idea of the film is simple. How to visualize the warmth of natural gas? By the use of the stop motion technic, we see how warmth spreads through the house as knitted wool. A film of TBWA Brussels, directed by Olivier Babinet produced by Lovo Films. Don’t forget to check out the making of how we did it
A bit of music, which is stuck in my head because I heard a second-long sliver of it on Jamie Cooks Summer. Which is kind of weird, but I like it.
Happy sunday, people.
